The Faculty Teaching Excellence Program held it’s inaugural 2010 Assessment Institute: Achieving Course Goals: Gathering Evidence About Student Learning on Jan 6,7 and May 13, 2010. Professor Randy Bass, Executive Director of the Center for New Designs in Learning and Scholarship (CNDLS), Georgetown University and Mary Ann Shea, Director, Faculty Teaching Excellence Program, facilitated the Institute. Twenty-eight faculty attended in pairs or triads from nine departments.
