Capital Assets & Space Planning provides space-related statistical and analytical services to the campus community and external constituents. The unit maintains the integrity of the space database, processes official requests for space, performs space utilization/needs analyses, processes routine requests for space-related information, and develops policies and procedures by which space allocation decisions are made by campus administration. The unit works closely with Facilities Management, Academic Affairs, and other members of the campus academic and administrative communities to compile accurate and timely space-related information.
