Facilities Management is responsible for the overall physical development and maintenance of the campus. The mission of the department is to provide a safe physical environment that promotes the advancement and transfer of knowledge.

The Distribution Center provides the university with procurement, disposal, and logistic services, as well as processing and distribution of written communications, to enable the campus to pursue its mission of excellence in education, research, and community service.  Related to this, the Distribution Center has a history of instituting initiatives and best practices that take into consideration environmental sustainability.

Distribution Services

Distribution Services is responsible for the distribution of supplies and equipment needed to conduct business and research for classrooms, research labs, offices, and more.

Inventory and Storage

The Inventory and Storage division of the Distribution Center is responsible for the ordering, distribution, and storage of supplies and equipment needed to conduct business and research for classrooms, research labs, offices, and Facilities Management.

Normal turn around time is 4-8 business hours. If that is not soon enough, we make every effort to accommodate rush orders.
