Flagship 2030 Fall 2009 Leadership Retreat
Chancellor Phil DiStefano hosted a “Chancellor’s Leadership Retreat” September 23. The retreat provided campus leadership an opportunity to discuss the budget outlook for the coming year and the next steps for Flagship 2030 strategic plan. Participants in the retreat included members of the Cabinet, the Chancellors Executive Committee, Council of Deans, 2030 Implementation Task Force chairs and co-chairs, and CU Foundation senior staff.

Attendees reviewed and discussed “Summary Report of the Flagship 2030 Strategic Initiatives, the Recommendations of the 2030 Implementation Task Forces and the Chancellor’s Review and Action Plans for the Next 2-3 Years”.

Flagship 2030 task forces named
Under the leadership of Flagship 2030 co-chairs Provost Phil DiStefano and Senior Vice Chancellor Ric Porreca, and with the help of BFA Chair Uriel Nauenburg, nine task forces have been formed to help develop plans for implementing the 18 initiatives. Read full story >>
