Art and Architecture Collection
The Art & Architecture Collection -- located within Norlin
Library -- houses one of the most comprehensive art collections
in the West. Its resources support the educational and research
goals of the Department of Art and Art History and of the College
of Architecture and Planning (Boulder campus), the academic community
at large, as well as the general public. The Art and Architecture Librarian, Jennifer Parker, provides invaluable research assistance to faculty and students from a range of disciplines.
Media Library (now integrating with other library departments)
As part of an ongoing effort to consolidate and improve services, as of July 2, 2007, access to the Libraries audiovisual and microform collections and services has moved to the main Access Services circulation desk on the first floor of Norlin Library.
Requests for duplication of audiovisual media are accepted at the Access Services circulation desk.
To access media collections or request access to the video viewing rooms, please visit the Norlin Circulation Desk on the first floor.
Microform reader/printers have been relocated to the Periodicals Room on the 2nd floor of Norlin Library.
All media course reserve and e-reserve operations have been moved to Access Services. Faculty and students should deliver and access media reserve items at the main circulation desk.
As some non-reserve media collections will be moved to an off-site location, patrons are encouraged to place requests at least 2-3 days in advance.
UCB faculty may submit Instructional Video/DVD Purchase Requests twice a year.
