ArtsBridge:   who   what   why   directors

What

At its root, ArtsBridge is a Community Service Learning project sponsored by the Art & Art History Department at the University of Colorado at Boulder. ArtsBridge engages public school students (K-12) in hands-on arts education at no cost to the school.

ArtsBridge projects are designed to emphasize humanistic values in a broad social context. In the classroom, high-performing undergraduate and graduate art student “scholars” provide exemplary models of arts teaching, focusing on integrating arts across the curricula. Through the collaborative efforts of teachers and scholars, new curriculums are developed. These interdisciplinary curriculums are posted online for continued use throughout the state.
