Transfer Students
As a transfer student, the way that you apply for financial aid is the same as any other student. Once you are admitted to the university, the CU- Boulder financial aid office will have to take any previous aid amounts into consideration when offering you a financial aid package. Also keep in mind that CU- Boulder treats the Summer session as the last session of the academic year, while some institutions treat it as the first session of the year. Institutional aid offers from previous schools will not be honored. The Admissions Office will have the final say on which class level you will be considered. If you have already completed your Free Application for Federal Student Aid our office will need access to the information. Please add our school code (our school code is 001370) to your FAFSA at www.fafsa.ed.gov. If you haven't applied yet, you can start a new application at the same URL.
