Other Information:	Four bedroom house, approximately 2400 square feet, in East Boulder, available as a furnished sublet from January to May (or possibly June) 2009, for $2000/month plus utilities. No smoking, no pets. The house is near to bike trails that lead among other places to the CU campus; the trip typically takes about 15-25 minutes. It is near 55th St between Baseline and Arapahoe. We ask for references, and a security deposit of one month's rent. Besides the master bedroom with bath, there is a bedroom furnished for children, one bedroom being used as an office, another full bath, plus a downstairs guest room with a full bath. Beautiful open-plan kitchen, dining room, living room, family room, and furnished downstairs office space. Garage contains at least one space for a car. Beautifully landscaped with trees in front and back. Washer and dryer in basement.
