• The Housing Exchange
  This new addition to our site serves current and prospective CU faculty and staff employees who have housing available or are searching for housing. Listings are free to CU employees.
  
  
• Real Estate Transaction Discounts
  The Office of Faculty Affairs sponsors a program that provides discounts on real estate purchases and sales for faculty and exempt professional staff members.
  
  
• Faculty Housing Assistance Program
  This program is a joint effort of the University of Colorado and the CU Foundation to offer mortgage assistance to faculty seeking to purchase a primary residence in Colorado.  Selection is based upon financial need and availablility of funds.
  
  
• Faculty On-Campus Housing
  CU Boulder offers modest apartment style housing to incoming faculty. This link connects you to information provided by the Office of Housing and Dining Services.
