Real Estate Transaction Services DiscountsSeveral real estate providers in the Boulder area offer discounted charges for their services to first time buyers of primary residential real estate in the Boulder/Denver metropolitan area, who are employees of the University of Colorado at Boulder. They also maintain information on programs associated with relocation, financing and other aspects of home purchase of particular interest to CU-Boulder employees. The Office of Faculty Affairs urges qualified individuals to inquire with real estate companies about any potential discounts.
