Design and Construction

The Design & Construction division of Facilities Management assists campus clients through the various processes necessary to successfully complete all construction projects on the Boulder Campus. This division provides the administrative management and professional services required to facilitate and accomplish new construction, renovations and replacements of the physical facilities and infrastructure on the Boulder Campus. The Design & Construction division manages and monitors projects from inception to closeout, including coordinating the bidding process, procuring consulting services, and administering and maintaining contracts, budgets and schedules. The Design & Construction division of Facilities Management is the link between the Boulder Campus and the Colorado State Buildings Program to ensure all State procurement laws and fiscal rules are followed and projects are completed within all State laws and guidelines.
