Materiel Management

The Materiel Management group is responsible for the acquisition and distribution of supplies and equipment needed to conduct business and research for classrooms, research labs, offices and Facilities Management. Operations include UCB central receiving, distribution and shipping services for freight and hazardous materials, UCB departmental warehousing/storage, sales of paper, liquid nitrogen and dry ice.

Normal turn-around is 4-8 business hours. If that is not soon enough we make every effort to accommodate rush orders, though an additional charge may be assessed.

When placing your order, include the contact name and telephone number, the speedtype you want charged, the quantity desired, the product code, the delivery location (building and room number), and when you need it delivered.
