Participants must have:
- eight to 10 years of work experience
- at least four years in a managerial or decision-making position
- a bachelor's degree; degree need not be in business
- a current decision-making
position at a company or organization
Those who don't meet all of these criteria are encouraged to contact the program director to discuss the potential for enrollment in the program.
The selection process ensures diversity in participant work experience and industry representation. Participants come from all types of organizations, from major corporations to small start-up companies, guaranteeing a rich learning environment.
