Energy FrontierThe CU Energy Club is organizing its annual conference, Energy Frontiers, on Friday, March 17th from 10-5 in the SEEC building on CU Boulder's East Campus.  Our intention this year is to inform students about the amazing opportunities available in the energy industry and to connect them with the professionals in the industry.

Hunter Lovins, a renowned speaker on sustainability, will be giving the keynote speech from 4-5pm.  There will be a session geared towards the technical work being done at nearby labs and offices, as well as a panel discussion focused on the practical concerns associated with introducing new technology to our changing electrical grid.

During the conference, we are hosting a career and networking fair and a student-focused speaking event. We are currently inviting students to share their work in a fun, fast-paced presentation format with cash prizes. Students can apply to speak here: https://goo.gl/forms/MPGkjAev4MwCuRb22

I encourage everyone who is remotely interested in energy to attend so that they can learn something new and meet the local folks dedicated to transforming our energy future.
