About the eRA Team

The OIT eRA Team is responsible for supporting technology solutions that allow faculty, research staff, and central research administrative offices to complete their work in an effective and efficient manner by reducing the administrative burden and providing technology to continue to adhere to regulatory compliance and perform outstanding research. 

What We Do

  • Provide stable and supported technology solutions focused on research administration systems.
  • Work in partnership with central research administrative offices to analyze business processes to develop proficient ways of working.
  • Develop efficiencies for existing technology solutions.
  • Engage in robust testing support for research administrative applications.
  • Assist with change management for new technology-related initiatives.
  • Support faculty and administration technology-focused training and documentation.
  • Facilitate work with vendors to provide application stability.
