ENVS PhD student Garrett Rue received a prestigious Achievement Reward for College Scientists Scholarship.  ARCS scholars are the next generation of leaders in the sciences.   These scholarships are renewable for up to three years or until the ARCS Scholar’s date of graduation.  His masters thesis was titled Geologic Misfortune: The Source, Fate, and Transport of Rare Earth Elements in the Snake River Watershed, Montezuma, Colorado.
