Graduate Housing Options

You are here

Graduate students have plenty of choices for housing on campus and in the Boulder area, whether you're on your own or accompanied by your family. As a grad student, you have housing opportunities both on and off campus:

Graduate & Family Housing
The university maintains furnished and unfurnished one-, two-, or three-bedroom apartments located a short walk from campus. These are an excellent choice for graduate students with families, married students, and single parents. A limited number of efficiency or studio apartments also are available to single students who are 21 or older. Visit the website or call 303-492-6384 for more information.

Bear Creek Apartments
The newly built Bear Creek Apartments are an option for graduate, upper-division, and transfer students without families. Located next to Williams Village, this unique community was created to support student academic success.

Off-Campus Housing
Many graduate students live off campus in apartments and houses around Boulder and the surrounding areas. Off-Campus Student Services maintains a list of rooms, apartments, and houses for rent, as well as a list of people seeking roommates. Visit the website or call 303-492-7053 for more information.
