Faculty in each of the engineering departments are engaged in energy-related research, and the college hosts several interdisciplinary research centers in the field. A campus-wide Renewable and Sustainable Energy Institute (RASEI), combines education and scholarship across a range of disciplines to expedite the energy industries of the 21st century by advancing renewable energy research, engineering, and analysis.
