The University of Colorado Boulder and the College of Engineering and Applied Science partner with institutions and companies around the globe through educational and research collaborations. The university has active affiliations in the form of research agreements, student exchanges, and dual degrees with partners in more than two dozen countries.

As part of its Engineering 2020 strategic plan, the College of Engineering seeks to expand its international engineering partnerships.
