Engineering Administrative Council

The Administrative Council is one of the standing committees of the College of Engineering and Applied Science. It serves in an advisory capacity to the dean in making decisions related to issues of administration. The members of the Administrative Council include department chairs and the Assistant and Associate Deans on the Dean’s staff.

The purpose of this mini-retreat was to build leadership skills in conflict management; develop aspirational goals on how CEAS can continue to develop as an institution with a reputation and ranking that reflects excellence in both education and research; and contribute ideas and discussion to progress four of the Dean’s Blue Ribbon Committees.
