Travel Log for Elizabeth Lokey
Elizabeth Lokey, a graduate student at CU-Boulder working on her PhD in Environmental Sciences, is currently traveling in Central and South America. The purpose of her travel is to research, understand, and document renewable energy projects in several countries, and specifically to understand any barriers to project progress, and the effect of Certified Emission Reductions (CERs) on the success of the projects.
