Internships & Co-ops

Internships and co-ops play a significant role in linking students with prospective employers, with as many as half of the internships held by senior engineering students leading to job offers. Internships are defined as experiences in which learning enhances students' academic studies and/or career interests, while co-ops are longer term commitments with progressive work responsibilities.  For more information, select from the following links:

International Internships

The college also offers an International Engineering Certificate Program that places students in internships in several countries in conjunction with language and cultural studies. For more information on setting up an international internship, contact the Engineering Dean's Office at 303-492-5071.
