1994                 Senior Instructor, University of Colorado at Boulder. Lecture instructor for undergraduate coursework includes Introduction to Construction; Introduction to Construction Materials; and Transportation. Lecture instructor for graduate coursework in Design-Build; Quality and Safety; Contract Administration; Retrofit and Adaptive Reuse; and Accounting and Finance; Current Topics Seminar; Finance (Engineering Management Group on CATEC)  

1992-1993        President, Brown and Associates, Canoga Park, California Consultant for companies such as Security Pacific Bank and Southern California Orthopedic Institute. Responsibilities included overseeing properties reclaimed from developers that needed completion. Projects included:

1984-1985        President, Ray Wilson Contractors, Inc. (subsidiary of ABV-Sweden), Los Angeles Responsible for all development and construction for the American subsidiary of a Swedish corporation.
