Areas of responsibility include management of college activities related to undergraduate student progress from admission and orientation to graduation, coordination of academic advising, and chairing the Undergraduate Scholarship Committee. Serves as a resource on college academic policies.

Terry Mayes, Director of Academic Programs and Assessment

Areas of responsibility include oversight and implementation of the college's Discovery Learning, Service Learning, and Professional Learning activities, including the establishment and monitoring of measures of success for these programs. Also oversees the college's Discovery Learning Apprenticeship and Earn-Learn programs. Works with departments to ensure an effective advising experience for all students and the development and use of appropriate assessment measures necessary for accreditation by the Engineering Accreditation Commission of ABET.

Areas of responsibility include advising students in transition, administering the Active Learning Program and its components, supporting engineering student societies, and providing support for companies interested in reaching our students.

Identifies additional grant and research funding sources for the faculty and works with faculty on the submission of proposals.

Linda Rose, Coordinator for Research Facilitation

Responsibilities include acting as the liaison between the college and Office of Contracts and Grants, supporting CEAS faculty and staff with research administration functions by monitoring awards processing (negotiating phase of the contract or grant) and handling issues as they arise.  Also assists faculty with non-disclosure agreement requests and other non-sponsored agreements that are negotiated by the Technology Transfer Office or CU's Legal Counsel.
