Director, Dave Aragon

Dave became the Director of SEED in 1999.  Under his leadership, there was another name change--back to MEP, but this time it would stand for Multicultural Engineering Program.  Dave has worked with MEP for years, including previously holding the position of Associate Director.

Office Manager, Michelle McCown

Michelle joined the MEP staff in August 2002.  She is responsible for the day-to-day administration of MEP, and is the first line for outside questions, calls and MEP business.

Assistant Director of Outreach and Recruitment, Lynné Diaz

Lynné became part of the MEP staff full-time after her graduation from CU in December 2000.  A former MEP student, she has first-hand experience and is an authority who is well-equipped to showcase MEP to the community and prospective students.

Associate Director of Student Development and Retention, Anthea Johnson-Martinez

Anthea transferred to MEP from her previous position in the CU Department of Housing, where she also worked hands-on with students.  In her role with MEP, Anthea is responsible for, among other things, instruction of the freshman leadership course and establishing the Academic Excellence Workshops.
