We are attempting to understand the sudden offset in the height series,
and have studied phase errors ,
teqc quality letters , signal
to noise , and multipath
effects. Sky plots from from
May and September show little
change after revision. The daily
ratio between cycle slips having a different number of milliseconds
for each satellite and more common cycle slips which affect only one satellite
seems to have increased at the time of the change. This particular ratio
is described in the documentation to teqc as being an indicator of a failing
receiver.
