BioServe offers affordable, flight
proven hardware and research experience and mission integration and operation
expertise that has been developed and tested over the past 20 years virtually
guaranteeing experiment success. BioServe
Space Flight Services and Hardware BioServe is a “One Stop Shop,” providing space flight hardware and mission integration and operation services for over 20 years. BioServe has partnered with over 100 different companies and organizations to conduct ground and space-based research and engineering activities. The Center has supported hundreds of individual ground- and space-based life science investigations. Our hardware has supported a wide variety of space life sciences including molecular processes, cell and tissue culture and the development and adaptation of various plants and organisms to microgravity. Our core competency is enabling the conduct of space life sciences research in a highly regulated environment in such a way as to make the complicated process completely transparent to the investigator. BioServe has designed, built and flown over 50 different payloads on over 35 space flight missions including shuttle, ISS, MIR, Soyuz, and Progress. Select pieces of BioServe flight certified hardware can provide temperature control, real-time monitoring via imagery and data streaming, automated activation, termination and sampling. For a full
