Manual Group Activation Pack (GAP) The GAP provides a third level of fluid containment and allows 8 FPA’s to be processed simultaneously. Initially, crewmembers manually activated the GAP for the GBA-INC by attaching a crank handle. The GAP was later evolved into an automated, motorized design.
