Welcome to CU Engineering’s new blog! One of my goals as dean is to up our game in communications, both internally across the college and externally to all of our fans.
We have a number of ways to communicate our news and events, including social media (twitter, facebook, etc.) and our news section. Our blog will augment, not replace, these features and will have more frequent updates about the CU engineering world. Think of it like our college diary – and everyone can contribute!
I also wanted to highlight the fact we rolled out an updated website in February, and we’ll continue to tweak it to ensure we’re meeting the needs of our students (both current and prospective), faculty, researchers, staff and the public.
So welcome to our updated website and to our first blog post. And join the conversation! If you have ideas, want to write a guest post or just have general feedback, hit up Phil Larson (one of my assistant deans) and Melissa Wise (our director of communications).
