    INTERNATIONAL VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITY

    The International English Center at CU Boulder seeks native English speakers to
    volunteer with our Conversation Partner Program. Meet with an IEC student
    for one hour per week and talk about different topics ranging from school,
    interests, travel, etc. We have students from around the world! This program is
    a great opportunity to learn about another culture and share your own.

    The Business of Sports Certificate is an intensive, six-credit course for
    students interested in pursuing careers in sports and recreation. In the
    morning, learn basic business concepts including: Sports Law, Leadership,
    Sports Marketing, etc. In the afternoon, work in groups on experiential,
    researched-based projects designed by contributing partners, such as
    Verizon or the Denver Broncos. BOS runs June 4-July 20. Learn more at a Leeds

    THE FORUM - PERMANENT ENGAGEMENT STRUCTURE

    We want your input! The Permanent Engagement Structure (PES) is a group of
    student leaders, administrators, staff and faculty whose purpose is to
    share ideas on improving campus climate especially around matters of race and
    gender. PES's ultimate goal is to identify approaches and messaging that work
    for constantly improving and anticipating campus climate enhancement on and
    off campus. Join the "townhall" meeting on Monday, Jan. 30 at 5 p.m. in

    WEBCAL RETIREMENT

    WebCal, the University of Colorado Boulder's implementation of Sun
    Microsystems's online calendaring system, is being retired from service.
    Beginning Monday, Jan. 23, the application will no longer be available
    for login online. The service will be shut down completely on Monday, Jan. 30.
