    Online applications open Feb. 2 at 8 a.m. Bear Creek offers individual leases
    from August - May and August- August. Rent includes a furnished apartment

    STUDENT JOB OPENINGS: UMC STUDENT GRAPHIC DESIGNER (VISUAL ARTS)

    ASSISTANT WEB ADMINISTRATOR OPENING CU BOOK STORE

    Create and edit webpages using XHTML and CSS. Work with internal customers
    to update content and products on multiple websites. Troubleshoot applications
    and explain issues in writing. Assist with other departmental tasks or projects as
    assigned. Interested applicants are required to come to the CU Book Store
    to fill out an application, which are available in the CU Book Store
    Administration Office.

    RESEARCH STUDY FOR BOULDER AREA WOMEN

    We are conducting a research study in Boulder to see how attention and
    memory are affected by mood, life experiences, and coping with emotions.

    We are recruiting women who are:
    - between the ages of 22-50
    - native English speakers
    - currently experiencing feelings of depression

    CHINESE NEW YEAR FESTIVAL

    Chinese food, live performances and lots of prizes in Chinese New Year
    Festival on Feb. 22 at UMC Glenn Miller Ballroom. Tickets are required
    for entrance,but will be distributed free at UMC loggia (cafe area) on
    Jan. 19, 12:30 pm and Jan. 22, 5 p.m. Students with BuffOne card can
    get two tickets and others one each. Tickets run out very fast. We will
    follow the rule of first come and first serve.

    Social Engagement and Human Rights: The South African Model' is a Global
    Seminar led by Professor Alphonse Keasley. This program spends time in Soweto
    and Cape Town and includes guest lecturers from local universities and site
    visits to the Apartheid museum, the Constitutional Court, District Six and

    CONSERVATION AND INDIGENOUS PEOPLES IN TANZANIA: GLOBAL SEMINAR
    STUDY ABROAD PROGRAM

    Attend a three week summer traveling Global Seminar that explores remote
    conservation areas around the Serengeti. Learn more about indigenous
    peoples and conservation in one of the most beautiful and biologically-
    important regions of the world. Study political ecology, culture and development
    while living amongst indigenous groups such as the Maasai and Hadzabe
