    Professor Adel Iskandar of Georgetown University, will speak on Thursday, March
    31 at 7 pm in Humanities 150. His talk is sponsored by the Certificate in
    International Media offered by the International Affairs Program (IAFS) and the
    School of Journalism and Mass Communication (SJMC). Fee and open to the

    HERE DURING SPRING BREAK? PAID PSYCHOLOGY STUDY!

    Are you interested in making some extra money while helping the study of
    psychology? We are looking for right handed individuals ages 18-30 to
    participate in a few studies. If you are interested in more details, please email

    LIFEGUARD TRAINING AT THE STUDENT REC CENTER

    Our only remaining LGT class for the spring semester begins on Monday, March
    28. Class meets on Monday and Wednesday nights (6-10 pm) from March 28-
    April 20. Class size is limited, so early registration is highly recommended.
    Registration is available "in person" at the Student Rec Center, and is open to CU
    Students and to Adult Members only. Don't wait until it's too late! Get registered
    now!

    ADULT SWIM CLASSES AT THE STUDENT REC CENTER

    Our final session of "Adult Learn-to-Swim" classes begins the week of Monday,
    March 28. Intermediate swim lessons run on Monday and Wednesday nights
    from March 28 - April 20 (6-7 pm). Practical (or "Advanced") swim lessons run
    Tuesday and Thursday nights from March 29-April 21 (6-7 pm). Registration
    is available "in person" at the Student Rec Center, and is open to CU students
    and to Adult Members only.

    SUBMIT YOUR PAPERS TO THE COLORADO HISTORIAN HISTORY JOURNAL!

    Submit your papers for a chance to be published in the 2011 edition of CU's
    History Journal, The Colorado Historian. Papers must be at least 1500 words.
    Papers can be on any topic related to History (i.e. Art History, Classics, etc.).
    Submit with your paper: name, Student ID, phone number, e-mail address,
    major and the class, professor and semester the paper was written for.

    volunteers to participate in a research study to investigate liver
    function and protein-adducts in patients while taking acetaminophen
