STUDY ABROAD SUMMER INFO. SESSIONS: STUDY ABROAD 101 AND AFFORDING STUDY

Start planning for your experience abroad with summer info. sessions! Study
Abroad 101 is the first step for students interested in study abroad.
Affording Study Abroad further addresses the financial aspect of studying
abroad. Students must attend Study Abroad 101 prior to the Affording Study
Abroad meeting (same day or other previous session). Study Abroad 101: 7/14
at 4:15 p.m. in Hellems 267. Affording Study Abroad will directly follow, at
5 p.m.

CULINK MAINTENANCE TO IMPROVE PERFORMANCE, EXPECT OUTAGES
To improve the performance of CULink, ITS has started ongoing maintenance
that will last through mid-August. This maintenance will include four,
4-hour service outages, during which CULink will be unavailable. All service
interruptions will start at 10 p.m. ITS will post a notice for a service
outage at http://www.colorado.edu/its/news/culink_outages.html 24 hours
prior to CULink being unavailable. To receive an email 24-hours prior to the

NORLIN LIBRARY IS REFRESHINGLY COOL AND SO ARE THE FEATURED SUMMER ART SHOWS
Five art shows in Norlin Library - very cool. In the east stairwell,
imaginative Russian forest scene by Yelizaveta Baktin, also featured in
fairy tale and illustrations with Nicholas and Jonathan Baldridge flanking
the 2nd floor interior bay window. In Art and Architecture, animal cluster
series by Bhagvati Khalsa. Canvasses with bright colors and riveting
patterns by Louis DeAngelis in 3rd floor west gallery. Enigmatic visions of
Nicholas Baldridge in Laughing Goat.

INFLAMMATION AND HEALTH STUDY VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
The IPA Lab is seeking volunteers for a study about the role of inflammation
on blood vessel function and insulin resistance.
You may qualify if you are:
- Aged 18-30 years
- A non-smoker
- Not taking prescription medications
- Not regularly doing aerobic exercise
- Available weekday mornings for Summer 2010
