    REFURBISHED SPECIAL COLLECTIONS DEPARTMENT REOPENS WEDNESDAY, JAN 20

    The University Libraries Special Collections Department will reopen
    Wednesday, Jan 20, following necessary renovations. Among the
    department's most recent acquisitions is a history of the Underground
    Railroad written by an active participant. Also, a leaf from a book
    printed in 1471 by Wendelin da Spira, who developed the Roman letter
    shapes we still use today. Stop by to enjoy some treasures!

    BICYCLE WINTERIZATION CLINIC

    Join us Wednesday, Jan 20, for a winter bike clinic. Bring your bicycle
    and make your own studded tires and fenders. Learn tips for cycling

    BITCHCRAFT: KNITTING AND CRAFTS IN A CREATIVE COMMUNITY FOR WOMEN

    Come join us for an evening of hanging out, knitting, and chatting about

    intricate pattern or don't know what "casting on" means. Supplies and
    instructions will be provided. You are also welcome to bring other
    crafts you are working on to share. Bitchcraft meets every 1st and 3rd

    RUMOR HAS IT: REAL TALK AT THE WOMEN'S RESOURCE CENTER

    "Rumor Has It " is a program the Women's Resource Center put together to
    help provide a connection between students, staff, and faculty and
    campus resources, as well as to build community while having difficult
    conversations about issues affecting women on and off campus. "Rumor Has
    It" meets on Tuesdays from 12:30-1:30pm in the WRC (UMC 416). Join us on
