    FEMALE PARTICIPANTS NEEDED FOR A SLEEP STUDY

    Looking for healthy women ages 18-40 to participate in an approximately 3.5
    day sleep study at The University of Colorado-Boulder. The study will
    investigate new ways to adapt to jet lag. Participants will receive free
    medical screening and be compensated up to $503. For more information,

    CU EMPATHY EXPERIENCE--STOP SEX TRAFFICKING NOW

    On 9/22-9/23, CU Students Against Modern-Day Slavery presents the Empathy
    Experience, an interactive, multi-sensory art exhibit of photos, video, and
    artifacts that powerfully tells the story of human trafficking as it relates
    to child sex trafficking. Open 12-9 p.m. 9/22 and 10 a.m.-9 p.m. 9/23 in the
    Glenn Miller Ballroom. On Wed 9/23 at 7 p.m., join us in the Glenn Miller
    Ballroom for a screening of the iEmpathize short film and an expert panel
    forum on human trafficking.

    CU-Boulder/Clinical Neuroscience Research Group is seeking brain injury
    survivors for a study on the effects of acupressure after brain injury.

    GROUND SCHOOL OFFERED BY THE FLYING CLUB!

    If you are an aspiring pilot and want to take ground lessons in preparation
    for flight, join our ground school. The ground school will be taught by a
    Certified Flight Instructor with the aim of getting people off the ground
    more cheaply than if training were pursued through a typical flight training
    facility. Instruction will start on Sept. 28 and be taught twice a week at

    FORMER US SENATOR AND CU PRESIDENT HANK BROWN DISCUSSES INTERSECTIONS OF
    POLICY AND ACADEMIA

    On Tuesday Sept. 22 at 7 p.m. in Humanities 150 hear Hank Brown, former US
    Senator and President of CU, speak on the intersections between policy and
    academia. Presented by the nation's first student think tank, the Roosevelt
    Institute. Roosevelt is about students making real policy changes, so come
    to learn how to get involved.
