    NEW WORKSHOP GETS YOU STARTED ON YOUR MANDATORY COMMUNITY SERVICE HOURS!

    Do you have mandatory community service to complete for CU Judicial
    Affairs? Get started with your hours by attending the VCH Workshop
    "Maximizing the Community Service Experience" Mondays at 5pm in UMC 325.
      Complete your first hour by attending the workshop and learn more
    about additional opportunities for continuing your hours throughout the
    rest of the week! Stop by the Volunteer Clearing House in UMC 358 to

    MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS WORKSHOP!

    Come learn about depression, generalized anxiety disorder,
    post-traumatic stress disorder and bipolar disorder. You'll have an
    opportunity to ask questions, learn about treatment options and campus
    resources, and take an optional screening. Join us for a Mental Health
    Awareness Workshop presented by Serenity Chambers from the Faculty &
    Staff Assistance Program and Kathryn Cerretani from the Counseling &

    SORCE OPEN MIC NITE!

    The next edition of the SORCE Open Mic Nite is right around the corner!
    Come share your art, music, poetry and thoughts with your community. As

    A DIALOGUE WITH JARED POLIS

    Join the Women and Gender Studies Program for a dialogue with second
    congressional district candidate Jared Polis, who will address his
    personal experiences in the Army ROTC and his stance on Don't Ask Don't
    Tell. The event will be held Thursday, Nov. 8, 3:30-5pm

    Sommers-Bausch Observatory opens Friday 8pm for free public viewing.
