"GOOD DAYS ON THE TRAIL" FILM SHOWING, HIKING IN LOCAL MOUNTAINS
1938-1942
Featuring historical footage of CU student hikes in Front Range
mountains, this silent color film provides a unique glimpse into the
mountaineering lifestyle and familiar landscapes of the past. Watch
students of old hike, climb and camp in the Indian Peaks and Rocky
Mountain National Park. Includes live narration by university
scientists, discussion of local glaciers and reminiscences of former
students. Part of the International Film Series. April 22 at 7 pm in
ATLAS 100, $5.

THEATRE AND DANCE PRESENTS STUDENT DANCE CONCERT
Undergraduate and graduate student choreographers along with an all
student cast present ten original pieces in CU's annual Student Dance
Concert. This dynamic evening of performance will include elements of
modern, lyrical, jazz and Irish step traditions, showcasing the next
generation of CU dance talent. Charlotte York Irey Theatre, University

THEATRE AND DANCE PRESENTS MALL-MART: THE MUSICAL!
Curious Theatre Company in collaboration with CU Boulder, Department of
Theatre and Dance will produce the World Premiere of Mall-Mart, The
Musical!, with book by Joan Holden and music and lyrics by Bruce
Barthol. Mall-Mart is a unique collaboration between an outstanding
professional theatre company and a stellar academic theatre program.
University Theatre, Mainstage, April 12-14 and April 18-21 at 8 pm,

LAST GENERAL SAPP MEETING OF THE SEMESTER
Student Association of Prehealth Professionals is holding the last
general meeting of the semester! Wrap up a successful term before you
head into exams with a speech from Boulder County's Disease Control
Program. The presentation will address infectious agents threatening
Boulder this summer, and the challenges public health will face. Free

HELP! ALFERD PACKER NEEDS HIS PLATES AND UTENSILS BACK!
"Hey! What do you think I am? A barbarian?" Alferd Packer is missing
his plates and silverware, and he needs them back! Anybody who has some
of Alferd Packer Grill's plates, silverware or trays lying around,
please return them right away to his tray returns in the UMC. If

MEN CONFRONTING VIOLENCE PRESENT A CALL TO MEN
As part of Sexual Assault Awareness Month, Men Confronting Violence
brings Tony Porter, national expert on male violence, to CU on Tuesday,
April 17, 7:30 pm in the auditorium of Dal Ward. Tony is cofounder of A
Call to Men, which believes that ending violence against women is
primarily the responsibility of men, an uncommon perspective in
discussions around violence in the media. Men are especially encouraged
to attend.

EXPRESS YOURSELF ON CLIMATE CHANGE! RALLY WITH HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS
You can be part of an historic National Day of Climate Action called
"Step It Up!" On Saturday, April 14, join tens of thousands of people
at hundreds of local events across the US joining together to call for
stronger and immediate action to combat climate change. The local
Boulder Step It Up rally starts with a march followed by speakers,
music and presentations by local groups working to reduce climate
change.
