You will be receiving all commencement information via e-mail. I would like to take this opportunity to provide you with some details regarding the ceremony. Please refer to the commencement web site at https://commencement.colorado.edu to answer your questions and provide additional information.
THE CEREMONY - Students should line up on the concourse (upper) level of the Coors Events Center at 8:45 a.m., wearing their academic regalia. Line up will be by school or college; arts & sciences will assemble inside the southeast entrance, all others inside the southwest entrance. The procession will start at 9:30 a.m.
Relatives, friends and other guests of graduates should plan on arriving well before 9:00 a.m. in order to be in their seats for the start of the procession. No tickets are required, but guests should arrive early for the best choice of seats.
PLEASE NOTE - The stairs in the Events Center are exceptionally difficult to negotiate in high-heeled shoes. Participants are encouraged to wear shoes that will allow them to descend to the seating area safely.
