What would you do with $20.11?

We asked our classmates that very question, only to find out most would spend it on things that don't last. Lattes at Starbucks. Pizza. Popcorn and a movie. Great at the time, to be sure, but of no lasting value.

As you leave campus as a graduate of CU-Boulder, you have a chance to use what's in your wallet to make a lasting difference. You can give to the Class of 2011 Senior Giving Campaign. Whether it's $20.11 (more if you're able, or less - every gift matters), adopting the spirit of giving back is the first step in becoming a Forever Buff and staying connected to CU.

Your gift can go directly to your school or college. It might help another student get a scholarship. Or ensure a program that was meaningful to you lives on. The choice is yours.

Beginning November 17, you will be contacted by student callers from the CU Foundation and asked to make a gift to the Class of 2011 Senior Giving Campaign. You can donate what's in your wallet or you can donate all or part of your $200 enrollment deposit from freshman year.

CU has made impressions on all of our lives, our characters, and our futures. Now we, as the class of 2011, have the remarkable opportunity to change CU for the better. I hope you will join us in carrying on the tradition of giving back to our community and leaving our mark on CU forever by donating to the Class of 2011 Senior Giving Campaign this year. Help us make this another record breaking senior gift campaign.
