SUBJECT: Join the staff of a world-class small press!
The Umbrellagraph Project is inviting all writers and editors interested in being part of an exciting journal and festival project to interview to join our team. This is a great chance to have your writing published, an excellent service opportunity/resume addition, a means of creating marketable connections for post-graduation life, and a way to contribute to a grassroots organization that strives to create a context beyond academic boundaries.
We are currently seeking editors and writers in all areas, as well as qualified managerial staff in finances and in digital media (all of these are volunteer positions). Interview meetings this semester are Wednesday, September 14, 5:30 PM, Wolf Law 330, or Thursday, September 15, 5:00 PM, UMC 325, which are during our regular weekly meeting times. Please attend either of these if you are interested in applying for a position. Those applying for writing positions are asked to e-mail a nonfiction, feature-style writing sample in advance to umbrellagraphproject@gmail.com; all general inquiries are also welcome at this address.
