    The CU Yoga & Meditation Club presents a number of workshops and events for students to relax, refresh and recharge.

    We offer free yoga and meditation sessions, a space to bond with people, service opportunities in Boulder/Denver area and the opportunities for students to serve our selves with ancient and powerful spiritual knowledge and practices.

    Come get your yoga on and bring your friends!

    1) FREE YOGA & MEDITATION CLASSES
    **************************************
    WHAT: Chill out after class with some guided yoga and meditation. Beginners welcome.

    WHEN: Every weekday (until April 5th) at 4pm. Then, every Tuesday at 4pm after that.

    2) ANNUAL YESPLUS WORKSHOP

    WHAT: The yesplus workshop is a combination of meditation, knowledge and action. Over six sessions we experience yoga of the breath, body and mind, make great friends and learn a lot about ourselves and our potential to get the most out of life.

    WHEN: Tuesday, April 5 - Sunday, April 10
    Tue - Fri: 6:30pm - 9:30pm, and Sat - Sun 9:00am - 5:00pm

    WHERE: Millennium Harvest House. 1345 28th Street. In the Boulder Creek Living Room.

    WHY:

    WHAT: The CU Yoga & Meditation Club is also proud to be helping organize the visit of Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, a world renowned spiritual leader and humanitarian. Join us for an extraordinary evening of wisdom, meditation and music. Sri Sri will speak about the power of the breath in managing one's mind and emotions, lead a guided meditation, and respond to questions. This is a celebration of life not to be missed with soul-stirring music in Sanskrit and English.
