Spend five weeks this summer in the heart of Paris studying French art with CU-Boulder's Art in France Global Seminar! The unique program will give you unforgettable insights into French art from the French Revolution to the present.

Led by Frances Charteris from the Departments of Art & Art History and Writing & Rhetoric, the seminar combines lectures with daily visits to museums, photography exhibits, film screenings, excursions to Monet's gardens and to the famous Sevres ceramic factory, and more. Participants experience daily French life by going to their neighborhood's open air markets, cafes, parks, bakeries, and jazz clubs.

Participants will take two upper-division Art History courses worth 3 credits each (total of 6 credit hours. A background in art history and knowledge of French are recommended, but not required and the program is open to all majors.

The program runs from late May to early July.

The application deadline is March 1 or whenever the program is full. Don't miss this incredible opportunity!
