Our records indicate that you have not selected the campus care or waived the student health insurance for the Fall 2009 semester. Therefore the University of Colorado has automatically enrolled you in the Student Health Gold Plan and $1052.50 has been added to your tuition bill.
If you want to select the campus care plan or waive the insurance go to: CUConnect, logon, click on the Financial Tab, look for the "Student Health Plan" section, click on the link to select or waive the insurance.
The Deadline to select the campus care or waive the student health insurance gold plan is September 2, 2009.
If you are a Continuing Education, ACCESS, MBA Evening, Study Abroad or Time Out student, you are not automatically enrolled, re-enrolled or billed for the student health insurance. You can not use CUConnect to enroll in the health plans. If you want to enroll in the student health plans you need to go to Wardenburg Health Center, room 336 and fill in the application and pay for the insurance plan.
