SUBJECT: Seniors, need a job after graduation?? Peace Corps is still hiring for positions in over 70 countries!

We currently have openings for students of all majors to work in Community and Youth Development, Health and AIDS Education, Agriculture, Natural Resource Management and the Environment, and English, Math and Science teaching programs in communities across the globe.

Since 1961, the Peace Corps has aimed to promote world peace and friendship by helping the people of interested countries in meeting their need for trained men and women, helping promote a better understanding of Americans on the part of the peoples served, and helping promote a better understanding of other peoples back home.

This is a great opportunity for CU students to serve overseas after graduation, learn about other cultures, develop foreign language skills, and assist international communities at the grassroots level. During a volunteers' two year commitment, Peace Corps covers all living, travel, medical and training expenses, defers many types of student loans during service, and pays $6,000 in readjustment allowance and provides opportunities for graduate school and employment with the federal government upon return.

If you are looking to serve in 2009, submit your application ASAP! Go to www.peacecorps.gov to see the application online or to learn more about who we are and where we work, or contact the CU Boulder PC representative who can share with you his experiences in the Peace Corps, Evan Taylor, at peacecorps@colorado.edu.

This is your chance! What are you waiting for? Life is calling-.how far will you go?
