Welcome back students! We hope you are settling into your spring routines
    nicely.

When moving about Boulder this semester, there are several sustainable options
for you to choose from. RTD offers multiple routes to serve all Boulder
residents. Pick up schedules at the Bike Station (just East of the UMC) or
inside the UMC (near the reception desk). Also keep a look out for the Bus
Book, a complete guide to every route accessible in Boulder, being distributed
at spot locations around campus. Consider the Ski Bus when heading for the ski
resorts. Destinations include Keystone, Breckenridge and Arapahoe Basin. Visit
cuskibus.com for ticket sales and more information. Lastly, remember Late Night
Transit runs between the mall, south and downtown Boulder from 12:00 to 3:00 am
on Thursdays through Saturdays. Look for pocket schedules and maps postedaround
campus. Using these sustainable transportation options you'll probably
eliminate your need for a single occupancy vehicle!

Use your student bus pass to access RTD's routes, including the AB SkyRide to
DIA and the HOP. The clear plastic sleeve, an up-to-date RTD sticker and your
Buff OneCard all comprise the money-saving student bus pass. Ride every route
fare-free with your pass. Your current pass is valid through May 31st, 2009. If
you haven't already, pick up your bus pass at Willard Hall, room 182. After May
31st,students enrolled in six or more summer credit hours can pick up their
summer bus pass at Willard Hall. Students who are enrolled for Fall '09 classes
but not enrolled in six or more summer hours have the option to buy a summer
    bus pass at Willard Hall.

Some of you may be thinking that you must pay $5 to ride the skyRide buses, but
with your student bus pass, the skyRide is still fare-free.

For those of you who like to bike, make sure to stop by the Bike Station
located just east of the UMC. Opening on March 2nd, the Bike Station will house
a brand new Buff Bike fleet. A total of sixty new cruiser bikes will be
available for checkout, free! In addition, receive help with minor repairs to
your bicycle once you've registered for $10. Registration is valid for the life
of your bicycle, which means the services of the Bike Station are too. To find
new or improved routes across Boulder, visit gobikeboulder.net.

Have a great semester, and don't forget about these transportation options this
    spring!
