SUBJECT: Select or Waive your Fall 2008 Insurance NOW
If you are enrolled in 1 or more credit hours for Fall 2008, you will
automatically be enrolled and billed by the University for the Student Gold
Plan, unless you have selected the Wardenburg Campus Care Plan or waived the
health insurance by July 25, 2008. Final deadline to waive is September 3,
2008.
Don't wait until September 3rd! Select or Waive Online - NOW. Go to CUConnect,
logon, and go under the financial tab. There will be a box that has a title of
-Student Health Plans-. In that box click on the -Select or Waive Health Plan-
button. If you select the Wardenburg Campus Care or waive you will have to
provide the information for the insurance you will be covered under.
If you are Access, Continuing Education, Time Out, or Evening MBA students you
are NOT automatically enrolled, re-enrolled or billed for Student Insurance.
YOU MAY NOT ENROLL THROUGH CUCONNECT. If you want to ENROLL in an insurance
plan for Fall 2008, you must go to the Student Health Plans Office, room 336 at
Wardenburg Health Center by September 3, 2008.
