If you are planning on attending graduate school or embarking on a career in
teaching, we recommended that you open a professional credentials file to
maintain and mail out your letters of recommendation and other important
documents. Professors sometimes move or forget students' work, so it is
important to procure these letters before leaving the university. Career
Services will provide you with instructions to open a file with Interfolio, our
