Student Health Insurance Open Enrollment For Spring/Summer 2008
For new students: You may select or waive through CUConnect. After you log on,
go under the financial tab, and look for the -Select or waive student health
plans- button. (Please note exceptions). If you do not select or waive by
January 23, 2008 you will automatically be enrolled and billed on your tuition
$790.00 for the Student Gold Health Insurance Plan.
For continuing students: The plan you selected for the fall 2007 will continue
for spring/summer 2008 UNLESS you actively select a new plan, or waive the plan
by January 23, 2008. You may select or waive through CUConnect. After you log
on, go under the financial tab, click on the -View enrollment- button, and look
for the -Change selection- button. (Please note exceptions).

If you waived the insurance for fall 2007, your insurance is waived for
spring/summer 2008. If you want to enroll in either the Campus Care Plan or
the Student Gold plan for spring/summer 2008, you may enroll through CUConnect
under the financial tab. (See exceptions).
If you selected the Campus Care Plan or the Student Gold plan in the Fall
2007, your selection will automatically transfer to the Spring 2008 semester.

If you were enrolled by default in Fall 2007, you will automatically be
enrolled in the Spring 2008 if you are taking one or more credit hours. (See
exceptions).
Exceptions:
Please Note: ACCESS, Continuing Ed, Time Out, Study Abroad, Semester at Sea,
Evening MBA, Spouse/Domestic Partner/Dependents are NOT automatically enrolled
or re-enrolled. If you want to enroll in an insurance plan for Spring/Summer
2008, you must go to the Student Health Plans Office, located in Wardenburg
Health Center, room 251 to enroll. You may NOT enroll through CUConnect.

*Selection/Plan Change:
If you selected Wardenburg Campus Care for fall 2007 you may select Student
Gold or waive the plan for Spring/Summer 2008.
If you selected Student Gold for fall 2007 you may change to Wardenburg Campus
Care or waive coverage for Spring/Summer 2008 though you must have
comprehensive health insurance coverage.
If you waived both health plans for fall 2007 you may select the Student Gold
or Campus Care for Spring/Summer 2008.
