SUBJECT: LAST DAY to Select or Waive your Fall 2007 Insurance
Our records indicate you have not yet selected or waived your health plan for
Fall 2007, therefore you will automatically be enrolled and billed by the
University for the Student Gold Plan, unless you have selected the Wardenburg
Campus Care Plan or waived the health insurance by TODAY.
Select or Waive Online. Go to CUConnect, logon, and go under the financial tab.
Then look for the -Select or waive student health plans- button. If you
select the Wardenburg Campus Care or waive you will have to provide the
information for the insurance you will be covered under.
If you are Access, Continuing Education, Time Out, or Evening MBA students you
are NOT automatically enrolled, re-enrolled or billed for Student Insurance.
YOU MAY NOT ENROLL THROUGH CUConnect. If you want to ENROLL in a health plan
for Fall 2007, you must go to the Student Health Plans Office, room 251 at
Wardenburg Health Center by 5 PM TODAY SEPTEMBER 5, 2007.
