    SUBJECT: Pass/Fail Reminder

If you are enrolled in a course for pass/fail for SPRING semester, please be
aware of your college or school policies related to courses taken pass/fail.

For example, arts and sciences students may NOT use courses taken pass/fail to
fulfill core or general education requirements, may NOT use courses taken
pass/fail to satisfy the foreign language requirement, may NOT use courses
taken pass/fail to fulfill the Minimum Academic Preparation Standards (MAPS)
requirements, and may NOT use courses taken pass/fail to complete major or
minor requirements. Arts and sciences students must complete all requirements
for a letter grade (A-F). Arts and sciences students can use pass/fail courses
ONLY as elective credit, and can apply a maximum of 6 credit hours of pass/fail
    courses toward their degree.

The DEADLINE to designate or remove pass/fail status on courses is 5:00 p.m. on
    Friday, FEBRUARY 2.

NOTE: You cannot change a pass/fail course to a letter grade (or vice versa)
via web registration. Instead, you must request these changes in person at the
Office of the Registrar (Regent 105) no later than Friday, February 2 (by 5:00
    p.m.).

You can verify if you're enrolled in any courses for pass/fail by looking at
your schedule via CUConnect at https://cuconnect.colorado.edu
